Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite chicken places to eat at. My fiancée and I decided to eat here for lunch the other day. The service was awesome. Our waitress checked up on us quite a bit, was helpful with the menu, fully engaged, while helping 90% of the other tables as well. I can't remember her name but shout out to her! The food was eh. Half of the wings didn't even get covered in the sauce, to the point that our waitress was the one who actually noted it, and told us if it isn't enough then we can send it back. After waiting a while, we didn't really want to wait anymore and settled. But to me, you should never settle for 'eh' in your business. If you see a problem, fix it there. Don't tell your customers they can fix it if they want to. But that's just me. Will still eat here a lot!
You go to one Buffalo Wild Wings, you've pretty much been to them all. The food is about consistent at each location. I love their Asian Zyng sauce, it's the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. I was in this location on Friday, July 1st. We met some friends here for dinner because the ladies can get Mojitos, the guys can grab some beers, and the kids can be with us as well. They focus mainly on their wings, but they have other items on the menu to appease people that want something different. I've been in this location multiple times over the years. It always seems busy. So the people in and around Galesburg must think they are doing something right. The bathrooms and dining area always appears clean and the service has been really good every time. We've never had to wait long and they keep coming around to check on us.
